Salmon, tuna, even ground mullet, or fresh water catfish would taste just as good as the tilapia in this <em><strong>Clean Eating Tilapia Recipe<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only thing that might not work well is a soft fish like white trout. &nbsp;However, if you try it, I would love to hear how it goes.&nbsp; Personally, I find that the softer fish, like white trout, tends to fall about.&nbsp; So, you may not get an intact fillet if you go with that fish.
